Full Photo Sessions

45-60 minute photo session - use scheduler at bottom of page

Family \ Couples \ pets \ on-location marketing headshots \ senior grad \ other

Payment: $350

Full: Receive 35 styled and edited photos in high resolution in an online gallery. Additional edits are $10 per edit.

Clients will receive raw photo reel to choose their 35 + photos to be edited and retouched.

mini sessions

mini sessions currently booking:

Holiday 2024 Mini session with the mini-horses.

  • Mini session Nov 17th, 2024 / Nov 24th : 15 minute time slots / 3-5 best photos / $175

  • Where: Ranch in Lake Village, Indiana (Address sent with booking confirmation)

  • What is the setup: Red velvet antique arm chairs with evergreen forest behind the set with mini horse dressed in Holiday decor. Full portrait retouching.

  • Add on options at the farm after session: + self phone photo op with mini piglet station/ + add pony/horse ride with the ranch ponies/horses (Bring cash - for add on services with ranch) .



Professional in office headshots

  • 20 minute appointment - in client office or workspace - 5 edited portraits

  • Payment: $125 / PER PERSON - 5 edited images (email kaywarnerphoto@gmail.com for large organization contract rates)

  • Add additional images $10/edit

  • Add team photo $65/team

    • 20 minute appointment includes sitting fee and 5 retouched edited portraits/headshots on a backdrop / per person

    • Appointment includes mobile studio setup with backdrop and lights in your office or space (allow 10-15 minutes prior for setup)

Event Coverage

Non-wedding event coverage (corporate, birthdays, parties, and other informal coverages for 1 to 3 hours)

  • $150/ per hour coverage includes candid coverage of party and informal groups.

  • $400/ per hour covers mobile backdrops and studio lighting for formal portraits and formal posing of groups and individuals WITH additional candid coverages and informal groups with delivery of all candids and formal portraits.

60 minute private photo lesson

  • Payment : $150

  • Private photography lessons tailored to your skills with customized lesson plans and goal-based worksheets. Fast-track sessions cover beginner to advanced topics like gear familiarization, lighting tips, and specific photography goals such as sports, weddings, or portraits. With 14+ years of experience. Lesson plan is developed before arrival to maximize learning time.
